Meet some of the team behind the talent
As the Managing Director here at Insight Booking Solutions, I started my career in travel over 22 years ago at a small independent travel management company.
After 6 years I felt I outgrew the business and had an overwhelming desire to start my own booking agency. Having no real commitments at the time I took the leap. Now 16 years on, Insight Booking solutions is a thriving business and growing year on year. We started with only myself and now employ 8 outstanding members of staff who all have the same enthusiasm and drive as myself.
I fully understand the importance of a good team and here at Insight we definitely have it!
Head of Operations and Account Management
As reservations manager here at Insight Booking Solutions, great customer service is key to our success, underpinned by a great team and the latest technology. I joined Insight Booking Solutions 7 years ago after working for a small booking agent. I felt I needed to grow my passion and Insight has been the perfect platform for that.
I have been working in the travel industry for over 17 years, starting in a hotel environment as a front of house manager. This gave me a good insight into the workings of a hotel and has helped me significantly in my current role.
Due to having my first child I could no longer work the demanding shift patterns expected from a hotel but knew I still wanted to stay in the industry, as I have a great passion for travel and customer service.
I joined Insight Booking Solutions 7 years ago after working for a smaller booking agent. I felt I needed to grow my passion and Insight has been the perfect platform for that as we have a great selection of loyal clients who all have very different needs, so no day is the same! Which I love…

With over 34 years’ expertise in the travel industry, I have a strong track record in business strategy, client focused account management and people development within a highly competitive and challenging market.
At Insight our attention to customers needs is key to our continuous growth and customer satisfaction. I drive operational change and continuous improvement strategies to embed best practice, maintaining a thorough understanding of the travel industry.
I love being part of such a passionate team, who’s vision is clear and I’m excited to help Insight achieve this as Director of Business Development & Strategy.
